La Ronda Moore, Administrator Assistant
La Ronda Moore is a dedicated professional with over a decade of administrative experience and three years in human resources. A licensed florist for eight years, she takes pride in creating stunning floral designs that bring joy to others.
Outside of work, La Ronda is a proud mother of two daughters who inspire her daily. She enjoys indulging in shoe sales and preparing her family's favorite meals, always adding her personal touch to every dish. Her passion for creativity and connecting with others shines through in everything she does.
Vivian Duran, Self-Help Housing Specialist
Vivian joined NeighborGood Partners as a Self-Help Housing Specialist. Prior to this role, Vivian served as a Program Manager with Interfaith Housing Alliance, a Self-Help Housing grantee, and managed numerous other positions during her almost 10 years of devoted non-profit work. She is currently a certified USDA 502 Loan Packager and Housing Counselor.
Michelle Poore, Finance Assistant
Michelle joins NeighborGood Partners as the new Finance Assistant. Michelle‘s love for business began during a high school internship with the State Auditor’s Office, where she discovered her passion for finance. Her professional background includes five years as an Operations and Financial Manager for an HVAC company and prior nonprofit roles as an Office Manager and Crisis Case Worker for The Salvation Army and Head Start Programs in Sussex County. During her time at The Salvation Army, Michelle helped secure funding to launch impactful programs such as a senior outreach initiative, a soup kitchen, and a mobile food truck serving local shelters and homeless encampments.
Laura Russum, Marketing & Communications Manager
Laura is our new Marketing and Communications Manager. A Delaware native, Laura brings a wealth of expertise in digital communications and graphic design, with over a decade of experience creating innovative campaigns and meaningful community outreach. Laura is especially excited to contribute to NeighborGood Partners’ mission. She looks forward to immersing herself in the impactful work.
Nneka Taylor, Program Coordinator
Nneka is a Coordinator under Restoring Central Dover. With a professional background spanning substance abuse counseling, case management, and community engagement for underserved populations. Nneka’s career has always been fueled by a passion for helping others navigate challenges. Her proudest accomplishment to date was organizing a local community resource fair featuring 20 vendors - a testament to her dedication and leadership skills.
Nneka is excited to continue her journey with the NeighborGood Partners team, drawn to the welcoming culture that makes the organization truly special. She aims to strengthen partnerships with local businesses and secure new grant opportunities.

Recent Promotions
Caryn Legar is our new Loan Fund Manager! A South Jersey native, Caryn, brings over 30 years of experience in commercial banking and lending, along with seven years in hospitality management. Her career has been shaped by inspiring supervisors and a passion for numbers and client service. Caryn’s proudest accomplishment is being named Vice President in a previous role and breaking barriers as the only female commercial loan officer in her county.
Caryn is excited to contribute to NeighborGood Partners by supporting communities and learning more about the nonprofit sector.
Kim Weston is stepping into the role of Intake Specialist at NeighborGood Partners. With a background in human resources, office management, and customer service training, Kim is ready to make an even bigger impact. When asked what excites her most about this transition, she shared, “I’ve always been a part of the Consumer Services team, but now I’ll be more hands-on and play a bigger part in helping people achieve their dreams of owning a home.”
Kim draws inspiration from the advice to “work hard, remain humble, and never lose that smile”—values she carries into everything she does.
Honoring Retirements
While we celebrate new beginnings, we also bid a fond farewell to Connie and Rebeca. Their contributions have been instrumental in shaping NeighborGood Partners into what it is today. We wish them a joyful and fulfilling retirement.
